Based on of the amount of movers used for the relocation and the movers hourly rate.

Packing, Crating, Special Services, Bulky Articles, 3rd Party Services

Based on CVED MMA 4000 Tariff and Local Hourly Moving Rates

Valuation / Insurance: Full-Value Protection, Basic Liability .60 per lb.
